Best Practices
1. Guardian Faculty Member Scheme
At DYPTC, we believe in providing personalized attention and mentorship to our students. To ensure the holistic development and well-being of our students, we have implemented the Guardian Faculty Members scheme. Under this initiative, each batch comprising 20 students is assigned a dedicated Guardian Faculty Member-teacher who serves as a mentor throughout their academic journey. The Guardian Faculty Member offers guidance, support, and counselling to students, fostering a nurturing environment conducive to learning and growth.
2. Industry-Institute Interaction and Student Nurturing:
DYPTC is committed to bridging the gap between academia and industry by fostering industry-institute interaction. From the first year onwards, students are actively engaged in various training and placement activities aimed at enhancing their employability skills and career prospects. Additionally, we offer certification courses to equip students with industry-relevant knowledge and credentials. Furthermore, we provide comprehensive support for higher education abroad, foreign language training, including assistance with applications, scholarships, and visa procedures.
We take pride in our recent collaborations with universities such as Lincoln University and Asia Pacific University in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Through partnerships like these, we offer our students unique opportunities to participate in summer and winter school programs, fostering cross-cultural exchanges and enriching educational experiences.
At DYPTC, through these best practices we are committed to nurture students equipped with the skills, knowledge, and global perspective to thrive in today’s competitive landscape.
1. e-MIS Academic Monitoring System | 2. Nature and Life |
Objectives of the MIS Academic Monitoring System:
The goal is to improve the quality and consistency of teaching learning process.
The E-MIS provides accurate information to the administrators to identify the tracks for improvement and gives checks whether the Course Outcome standards are met, and more importantly to remark on the student’s participation in the Teaching-Learning Process.
Monitoring, Verifying and Modifying is necessary for continuous improvement and e-MIS Academic Monitoring System is our day-2-day practice for consistent academic growth. | Blood donation camp is organized every six months at D.Y. Patil Educational Federation’s Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Engineering Innovation, Varale Campus to practice our culture of saving nature through life.
At this time, each blood donor is given a Certificate and a Tree.
The tree is supposed to be planted in the Campus in the name of a Blood Donor and the student pledges with a promise to take care of the plant for the next few years.
Therefore, a donner is not only saving the life of another person but also taking care of nature to improve the sustainable growth of human being.
If we give something to the nature, the nature is going to give us return gift of our life. So, the Nature and Life. |
